Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, your jeans must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The jeans must be in their original, unused condition: unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains, odors, or damage.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached. This includes any brand-specific tags, size labels, or care instructions.
- Customized or personalized jeans (e.g., with embroidered details or altered lengths) are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to [email protected] with your order number, the reason for the return/exchange, and whether you would like a refund, store credit, or an exchange for a different size/color.
- Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the return package. Packages without a valid RA number may be refused or delayed in processing.
- Ship the jeans back to the address provided in the RA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the tracking number for your records, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned jeans (typically within 5-7 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund if the item meets our eligibility criteria.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s processing times.
- Shipping costs paid on the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect in the product, a shipping error (e.g., wrong item sent), or a manufacturing issue identified by our quality control team.
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange your jeans for a different size, color, or style:
- We will prioritize sending out your replacement item as soon as we receive notification that your return package has been shipped (please provide the return tracking number in your exchange request).
- If the replacement item is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund or store credit for the value of the returned item.
- Any price difference between the original item and the replacement (e.g., if exchanging for a higher-priced style) must be paid before the exchange is shipped. If the replacement is lower-priced, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive jeans that are defective (e.g., broken zippers, loose seams, or fabric flaws) or damaged during shipping, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the defect or damage, along with your order number. We will arrange for a free return shipping label and either send you a replacement item at no additional cost or issue a full refund (including original shipping fees).
Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect, error on our part, or a damaged item (as outlined above).
- For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you, regardless of the reason for the exchange.
Exceptions & Limitations
- Jeans that have been altered, modified, or repaired by a third party are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items marked as “final sale” (clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase) cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective.
- We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the item does not meet our eligibility criteria, at our sole discretion.
